You may return most unopened items or items in its original condition within 30 days. A 5-10% restocking fee will be charged on returns or exchanges. Delivery charges are nonrefundable. If the return is a result of our error you will receive a full refund.

Clearance Items

All sales of clearance items are final. No exchange, refunds or returns will be accepted. If items are defective or broken upon receipt they will be replaced.

What if the item is defective? offers a 30-day (from ship date) replacement or full refund for defective items from home appliances and electronics department (excluding DVDs and VCDs). Prior to the return, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer to confirm the item is defective and to see whether they can have the parts shipped directly to you. You can usually find the contact information in the product manual that came with the product.

If the product becomes defective after 30 days but within the warranty period, please work with the manufacturer directly to get it resolved. You are responsible for the return shipping charges of products shipped back to the manufacturer. The manufacturer shall ship the products back to you at their own expense.


Attach a photocopy of invoice in your package with return reasons and actions to be taken such as for a refund or exchange.
