2. Promotion Period. This promotion begins on March 24, 2020 at 12:00 Midnight CDT and ends on April 8, 2020 at 11:59 PM CDT (“Promotion Period”), before which all entries must be received.

3. Promotion Description/Eligibility. No purchase necessary. This promotion is limited to specific countries and is only open to entrants aged 18 years or older at the time of submission who are legal residents of, and physically located within United States. Employees of Hsu’s Ginseng Enterprises Inc, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents, and immediate family members of each, are not eligible. This promotion is void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter. Entries will be collected via the online form. All entries become the property of HGE and will not be acknowledged or returned. By entering, entrants agree to assign all rights, including copyrights, to their entries to HGE. HGE, in its sole, reasonable discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of this promotion. 5. Prize Description. There will be ten prize winners. Each winner will receive a President Premium Ginseng Round Cut Slice 10 Pod Package.

6. The total approximate retail value of the prize is $45 US. HGE reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the stated prize becomes unavailable.

7. Taxes. All federal, state and/or local income and other taxes and duties, if any, are the winner's sole responsibility.

8. Odds of Winning. The odds of winning this promotion depend on the number of eligible entries received.

9. Winner Selection. A random drawing will be conducted by HGE on April 15, 2020 to select ten potential winners from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

10. Winner Notification. Any potential winner will be notified by mail, email and/or telephone. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within fourteen days from the date that HGE first tries to notify him/her, and/or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to win the promotion or receive the prize, and an alternate potential winner will be selected. Upon contacting a potential winner and determining that he/she has met all eligibility requirements of the promotion, including without limitation, where permitted by law, the execution of required waivers, publicity and liability releases and disclaimers, such individual will be declared a “winner” of the promotion. HGE assumes no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected communications or any computer, online, telephone, or technical malfunctions that may occur. No substitution, transfer, or assignment of the prize is permitted, except that HGE reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value in the event the offered prize is unavailable.

This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin and the United States. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for HGE to use winners' names and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. HGE assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications-line failure, theft, or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.
