Our tours start with an introduction at our main facility. Your tour guide will introduce you to ginseng and our company, then ask questions to tailor the tour specific to each group. During this time, you will be introduced to ginseng, learn the differences between American and Asian ginseng and understand the history of ginseng and our company.

Discover Our Headquarters

At Hsu’s Ginseng, we have a brokerage and export business process built on over 50 years of trust and personal relationships with local farmers and foreign buyers. You will learn how Paul Hsu started this process in the basement of his home. Our headquarters is also home to our production area for many of our packaged products found on Chinatown store shelves and airport gift shops. You will understand production challenges as well as discover our products.
